Place your order, at checkout then select, "Deliver to My Address" as your Shipping Method & Wait for an H.B.H. Shop Staff member to arrive with your order at your location of delivery!
Local Delivery Orders are NOT signature required, although can be arranged for signature as proof of your Package/Order marked as Delivered/Received.
If you would require/desire a signature capture upon delivery, please request "Signature Upon Delivery" at the time of your order placement (delivery/order notes).
On The Other Hand.....
An H.B.H. Staff member will arrive, knock, wait for 3-5 minutes for the/a recipient (person of the home/destination/delivery) to receive the package/order.
If no answer upon scheduled delivery, H.B.H. Staff will leave your order at your front door or a safe place on/near your delivery destination upon delivery.
A live image of your delivered/received package/order at your chosen delivery destination WILL be taken upon delivery and submitted to the email/sms# on your order file/record as proof of delivery.
This is for All Local Deliveries with or without No-Contact Delivery, unless otherwise stated/entered in delivery notes upon order placement.
If you do not want your package/order left at your delivery location, please specify that in your delivery notes.
Also, note there will be a non-refundable delivery fee as well as a $7.99 restocking fee charge if the order is not scheduled for re-delivered (fees apply) or scheduled for pick-up (fees apply) within 24 hours of the final hour on the originally scheduled delivery time.
i.e; the original time was 2pm - 4pm you have 24 hrs. from 4pm to avoid a restocking fee of $7.99
If your order has reached its 24hr mark, a refund will be posted to your original method of payment for the amount of the physical product(s) purchased. Any delivery fees encountered are non-refundable and your original payment method card WILL be charged a $7.99 restocking fee.
